Is there any way to view all bounced email address?
Yes, from left menu go to REPORTS, then Directory Maintenance Reports & then click on Bounced Emails Report– you will see a list of all bounced email addresses. Click on user name & update the email address.
Only the Admin & Directory Manager can view it & download the Excel format report of it.
