Name of sender in my email is different is incorrect. Why is that?
When somebody sends you an email via FreshSchools, the FROM email address is actually support@freshschools.com. This is common and accepted practice by most modern web applications.
Based on an earlier email you received, your email program (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail etc) may have associated the address support@freshschools.com to the first sender. When this happens, your email program may display the first sender’s name for subsequent emails.
To correct this, you may want to find the email address support@freshschools.com in your email program’s contact list, and clear the name associated with it.
