Is there anyway to see for which users Forward email is OFF?
Yes, from left menu go to REPORTS, then Directory Maintenance Reports & then click on Do Not Forward Emails Report– you will see a list of all users for whom Forward email is OFF. Click on the username to update the same.
Only the Admin & Directory Manager can see it and download the Excel format report of it.
